| Umm...
I know no one's going to listen to me about this, but any emulators are 100% illegal. There are no exceptions or exemptions for this on video games, since no game's copywright has even come close to running out(and probably won't for another 50 years or so). | |

| Haha! Not at all true. Emulators of any kind are 100% legal. Roms are legal too! The only way they are illegal is if you have them on your computer for more than 24. But, if you own the actual game, then it's legal to have if for as long as you'd like. Besides, it's not like they go door-to-door to see who's downloading them. | lol, i grabbed some emulated old fire emblem that never made it to america. One of them was even fan translated. i even knew a guy who had every old nes game emulated onto a cd that could run on a dreamcast. He even rigged an old nes controller to work on it. It was rad. | |
